Commission for Floofy of another site. A little comic featuring two of their characters, Pup and Welp.

I like to think of this as like one of those old Bugs Bunny vs. Elmer Fudd type of things. Where he'd outsmart him, then like hug or kiss him and frolic off all trollish. XD But I'm not sure if that was the context of the commission or not honestly. XD
